On our farm, we exclusively raise pigs, allowing us to focus solely on our pigs' well-being and, as a result, provide consumers with the greatest quality meat. Our pigs have the freedom to wander the pasture and are supplemented by grain purchased at our local feed store. We sell whole pigs or half pigs for $5.00 per pound hanging weight*. Cut sheets are available so you can customize and get your favorite cuts! When purchasing whole or half, cut sheets must go with the pig to the butcher. If you are unable to accommodate bigger quantities of pork, we also have a retail freezer stocked with various cuts at prices competitive with retail stores. ALL meat is USDA certified and is processed at Schrader Farms in Romulus, NY. *This price includes butcher fees and are packaged they way you ordered. We will transport the pigs to the butcher, if you are local we will deliver the products once ready.
